*Note: All groups using the Arena must provide a certificate of insurance for not less than $1,000,000 in additional liability naming LCCC as insured. A maintenance and operations fee is added to all Arena and PE facility rentals (see below).

*Note: All groups using the climbing wall, other P.E. facilities or Arena for an athletic activity must provide certificates of insurance for not less than $1,000,000 in additional liability naming LCCC as insured. The PE facilities are not available for commercial or profit-making groups. A maintenance and operations fee is added to all PE and Arena facility rentals (see below).

The fees listed above are for facility rentals only. Groups/individuals are subject to additional charges for security, custodial services, building attendants, A/V equipment, and special setup requirements. Government entities (Federal, State, City & County) may receive discounts for classroom rental of $12 per hour up to $48 per day. No discount on large meeting rooms or large facilities.
