The final production of the Laramie County Community College strategic plan is in process. The version approved by the Board of Trustees on Sept. 18, 2013, is here 2013-2020 Strategic Plan
This document represents LCCC's 2013-2020 comprehensive strategic plan. It is the result of more than six months of hard work by a core, interdisciplinary group of individuals who are committed to the success of the College, our students and the community. Guided by a review of current research and literature on the important role of the community college, the Strategic Planning Committee began its work with a close examination of the environment in which the College exists today and hopes to exist in the future. This step in the planning process was aided by a number of community resources from business, industry and education who shared the status of their respective organizations and the role LCCC might play in their envisioned future.
The LCCC board of trustees would like to thank those who contributed to this new strategic plan, including the LCCC President's Cabinet, the staff and faculty at LCCC, the Wyoming Community College Commission, members of the local business community, the Albany County Campus, and the many friends of LCCC.
