Laramie County Community College is built around dedicated faculty and staff. For the fall 2011 semester, there were 103 full-time and 234 part-time faculty members. With an enrollment of 5,302, this translates to a 16:1 student-to-faculty ratio. (Using full-time equivalence, with an FTE enrollment of 3,888 and 181 FTE faculty members, the student-to-faculty ratio is 21:1.) There were also approximately 500 other full- and part-time employees in fall 2011; the number of employees varies from semester to semester.
