Basketball team falls to Central Wyoming

Golden Eagles won't play again until Jan. 7.
 
The Golden Eagles men’s basketball team lost 53-67 to the Central Wyoming College Rustlers on Dec. 13 in Riverton, Wyo.
Both teams played equal going into the half as the Golden Eagles and Rustlers were tied 32-32. In the second half, the Rustlers were more efficient on the offensive end of the court. Even though LCCC had more shot attempts, 55 compared to 46 for the Rustlers, the Eagles couldn’t get their shots to fall.

The Golden Eagles (4-8) will host Sheridan College at 7 p.m. on Jan. 7. All Golden Eagle athletic home games are free.
