Students and donors gather.

The Laramie County Community College Foundation would like to thank everyone who recently attended our annual Scholarship Luncheon. This year’s lunch welcomed a record crowd of more than 400 attendees, including scholarship donors, scholarship recipients and their guests.

Our guest presenters this year, Ron and Julie Rabou of Cheyenne, talked about the importance of continuing your education and making an impact on those around you. This year’s program also featured Destine Hoover, a current student and scholarship recipient. Destine is a true example of the impact a scholarship can make on the life of a student.

With more than 360 endowed through the LCCC Foundation, we have been able to award approximately $1,000,000 each year to very deserving students, funded by donors, foundations, trusts and the college. If you are interested in establishing a scholarship or learning more about our scholarship program please contact Brenda Laird at 307.778.1372 or blaird@lcccfoundation.edu.
