Men's hoops team drops game to Trinidad

The Laramie County Community College men’s basketball team lost 73-80 to Trinidad State Junior College on Feb. 25 in Cheyenne.

Trinidad State was coming off a big victory over sub-region leader Northeastern Junior College and was still hot against the Golden Eagles. The Trojans outscored the Eagles 45-34 in the first half. In the second half the Golden Eagles outscored the Trojans (39-35) and got themselves back into the game, but couldn’t complete the comeback.
