The Southeast Wyoming Dental Society will be offering a free dental clinic from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Feb. 6 at LCCC's dental hygiene clinic in the Science Center, Room 122. This clinic will offer dental exams and subsequent treatment to underserved 3- to 15-year-old children in the community. This program is specifically designed for those children who do not have dental insurance and otherwise cannot obtain dental care. Appointments can be made by calling 307.778.7100. Interested families also may come to the clinic and be seen on a first-come, first-served basis.

This clinic is part of a nationwide program sponsored by the American Dental Association titled “Give Kids a Smile.” This is the Southeast Wyoming Dental Society’s seventh clinic given by the area dentists and hygienists. The dental community recognizes that good dental health is a very important part of our overall health.
