When you think about getting in shape, you don’t usually think about having fun. But that’s because you haven’t tried Zumba.
is more like a party than a workout, except that Zumba gets results. Good results. This high energy program combines hypnotic, motivating Latin rhythms with easy-to-follow dance steps for an hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing movements. No dance experience is necessary!
Laramie County Community College is offering three Zumba courses during the fall semester. The first meets from Sept. 22-Oct. 15; the second is Oct. 20-Nov. 12; and the third runs from Nov. 17-Dec. 17. All sessions meet from 5:45-6:45 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays. The cost of each eight-class session is $40.
The classes are offered in the Aerobics Room at the LCCC Physical Education facility, so participants can use the lockers and showers to prepare for the workday after being energized by the Zumba workout.
Turn your exercise routine on its head and have fun while getting in shape!
