Volleyball team loses to Western Wyoming at regionals

Don't count the Golden Eagles out yet. They could play two more matches today.

The Laramie County Community College women’s volleyball team lost to third-ranked Western Wyoming Community College 3-0 in the second round of the Region IX volleyball tournament on Nov. 3 in Sheridan, Wyo.
Nov. 3 - The Golden Eagles lost to Western Wyoming Community College 21-25, 17-25, 19-25.
Sofija Ivanovic – 11 kills
MacKenzie Foster- 4 kills

The Golden Eagles (17-11 overall, 7-7 Region IX) will play Eastern Wyoming College (16-18 overall, 6-8 Region IX) in the third round of the double-elimination tournament at 4 p.m. today. If the Golden Eagles win, they will play another match at 8 tonight, facing the winner of the Northwest College/Central Wyoming College game.
