The women’s soccer team will play the hosting school, Hutchinson Community College, in the first round of the District B Tournament at noon (Mountain time) on Nov. 4 in Hutchinson, Kan. Last season the Golden Eagles defeated the Blue Dragons in the championship game of the District B Tournament 1-0. The winner of the second round earns a trip to the NJCAA National Tournament.

 

If you can’t spare the 9 hours to travel to the game, you can still catch the action on the Internet. All the games of the of the tournament will be streamed live on the Blue Dragons Sports Network at www.bluedragonsports.com. Or check www.twitter.com/lcccsports for score updates.

 

If you decide to attend the games live, they will be played at USD 308 Athletic Complex at the intersection of 23rd and Cleveland in Hutchinson. Admission to each game is $5, but students from the four participating schools get in free with student ID.

Semifinals – Friday, November 4
1 p.m. – Hutchinson (17-2) vs. Laramie County (14-4-2)
3:30 p.m. – Butler (17-3-1) vs. North Idaho (14-1-1)

Championship – Saturday, November 5
1 p.m. – Semifinal winners. Winner advances to NJCAA National Tournament.
