The Southeast Wyoming Dental Society will be offering a free dental clinic from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Feb. 4. This clinic will offer dental exams and subsequent treatment to underserved three- to fifteen-year-old children in the community. This program is specifically designed for those children who do not have dental insurance and otherwise cannot obtain dental care. The clinic will be held at the LCCC Dental Hygiene Clinic, Science Center, Room 122 at 1400 East College Drive. Appointments can be made by calling the GKAS Hotline, 307.638.7039. Interested families also may come to the clinic and be seen on a first-come, first-served basis.

This clinic is part of a nationwide program sponsored by the American Dental Association titled “Give Kids A Smile.” This is the Southeast Wyoming Dental Society’s ninth clinic provided by the area dentists and hygienists. The dental community recognizes that good dental health is a very important part of our overall health.
