The Laramie County Community College men’s rodeo team had another successful rodeo at the University of Wyoming, April 30 to May 2.
The big story of the weekend was Justin Thomas winning the long round in bull riding. He scored 84 points and regained his third-place position in the regional bull riding standings and punched his ticket to the 2010 College National Finals Rodeo in Casper, Wyo., for the second year in a row. The CNFR is June 13-19 at the Casper Events Center.
Also, Ryan Heupel and Cole Thoreson qualified in the saddle bronc riding.
