College switching online learning software

Thursday, May 16, 2013
Starting June 3, all online classes and components will use Desire 2 Learn.
Laramie County Community College is changing the software that runs online classrooms. Starting June 3, all online classes and components will use Desire 2 Learn, or D2L, and no longer use ANGEL. Many traditional courses also will use D2L to supplement their class work.

Students may contact their instructors if they are in doubt about which software their class will use.

All questions or problems relating to course content and activities should be directed to the online instructors. Technical difficulties should be directed to the LCCC Help Desk at 307.778.4357 or helpdesk@lccc.wy.edu.

Students may log in using their user name–in the format of firstnamelastname (proper, full first name and last name, no spaces, all lower case). Their first-time password is their birthdate–in the format of MMDDYY (no hyphens or spaces).
