Health Insurance for Students
Laramie County Community College now offers health insurance to students through Student Assurance Services. The insurance is available to students who are taking at least seven credit hours, and the spouse and all dependent children of the insured student are eligible to enroll as well.
Eligible students can pay the annual premium of $1,462 or they can pay by semester.
Fall: $633 (Aug. 15 - Jan. 19)
Spring/Summer: $829 (Jan. 20 - Aug. 14)
The deductible per person per injury is $100. Wellness benefits are covered at 100 percent of allowed charges. Students can view the brochure for more information about the benefits.

UW Family Practice Clinic
FREE TO STUDENTS
In addition to insurance, LCCC will soon have an on-site health clinic staffed by residents from University of Wyoming Family Practice. Students will have the option to visit the clinic on the third floor of the Health Sciences Building (HS) Room 324. The clinic’s hours are 6-8 p.m. every Tuesday. Check back on this page for updates about the LCCC health clinic.
Students may also visit the UW Family Practice clinic at 821 E. 18th St. in Cheyenne during normal clinic hours. Fees for the clinic are based on a sliding scale.
